M&H Railroad Pumpkin Patch Train Rides October, 17-18 & 24-25, 2026

Bring out the kids to the Middletown & Hummelstown Railroad Pumpkin Patch Train Ride ! Leaving at noon and 3:30pm, the train stops at a farmer 's field for the children to pick out their own pumpkins! Bring your camera to record the fun in the field with the scarecrows.

Pine Grove Furnace Fall Furnace Fest October 17th & 18th, 2026

The 2026 Fall Furnace Fest at Pine Grove Furnace State Park in Gardners, PA, will be held the weekend of October 17th & 18th. This annual festival features food and craft vendors, live music, historical demonstrations, hayrides, pumpkin carving, scarecrow making, kid's crafts and more. Join us Saturday evening for the famous Hairy Hand Story at Fuller Lake.
