Unfortunately, in the US, a train hits a vehicle or person every 3 hours. A train can be on any track, at any time, and in any direction. Approaching trains can be very quiet and you may not hear them until it is too late.

Many people think they can beat a train, while some are just not paying attention. The end result is the same for both, very few will survive after being hit by a train, whether in a vehicle or on foot.

Rough & Tumble John Deere Days July 26 & 27, 2024

The Annual John Deere Days will be held July 26th & 27th, 2024 at Rough & Tumble in Kinzers PA. See a Wide Range of Events featuring John Deere Tractors with Deere History and Tractor Pulling. Watch the Tractor Games and Pony Motor Demonstration. On Saturday there will also be a Kiddy Tractor Pull as well as a Tractor Parade. Don't forget the Raffle Tractor Drawing!
Rough and Tumble Historical Association is a unique non-profit museum located on 33 acres in Lancaster County in PA that helps preserve America's Agricultural and Industrial history by holding events throughout the year. We have many operating exhibits as well as numerous Steam Traction Engines including the 2nd Oldest running Steam Traction Engine in the US, the 1886 Schiedler!
